Before sending any returns or exchanges to Farwest
Line Specialties you must have a RMA number. To receive
an RMA # you will need to call 800-466-7153 and give
a reason for the exchange or the return. We will not
accept used merchandise unless it is defective. Non-stock
or special ordered items are not returnable.
Shipping
Information
We only ship via UPS or Post Office; we prefer to
ship UPS so we would like customers to give street
addresses for the mailing address; if this isn’t
possible and the costumer can only have it shipped
to a PO Box then we will ship it using the post office
We will ship all Post Office orders Priority mail
unless otherwise requested
We accept American express, Visa, Mastercard, and
Discover
We also except COD’s, which is a $8 charge
We also except personal checks and items are shipped
out when we receive the check
Companies that have an account set up with us can
use a PO# and we will bill them. To set up a Company
